About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

As of Jan 15 last year we only had 11 commitments and as of Jan 15 in 2006 we only had 15 commitments. Wow, people have short memories.

AZTrojan......I guess I picked a name almost the same as yours. Sorry about that. I'm a SC alum living in Arizona. Last year SC wasn't ranked #1 in recruiting over Florida because Florida had more recruits. I thought it was the number of scholarships we had available. I assumed we'd have more this year. Are we starting to see the "Emanuel Moody Effect" where some players are picking other teams because they think we have too much talent.
