About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

Scott, why do you keep double posting? This blog software sucks, must be from UCLA
Norm Chow is big enough to take jobs at both Alabama and UCLA.
How much could UCLA afford to pay him? I don't see why he'd take such a low paying position. I wouldn't think that UCLA doesn't have the funds to keep a high profile asst coach.
I hear UCLA is trying to hire Vince Lombardi, Bill Walsh, Pop Warner and Bear Bryant as assistant coaches, with Dr. Albert Einstein as team physician.
For Kevin: One thing UCLA doesn't have to worry about is paying Chow. He will be paid by the NFL's Titans, no matter if he coaches or not. His magic as offensive coordinator will come in handy when the Bruins play in the See's Candies Nutcracker Bowl next season.
It's interesting that Chow would take himself out of the running for HC at UCLA but be interested in coming to UCLA as an assistant coach. Too bad he wasn't interested in the Hawaii HC job. He certainly deserves to be a HC somewhere.
Beat the Cavaliers!
Fight On!
I heard that Rick Neuheisel is in the advanced stages of hiring Pete Carroll to be his assistant head coach. Why are we not hearing more about this?
Think about it, it totally makes sense!!!
I agree with HermanSM - why aim for second place? I heard he may take a year off. Probably makes sense. What also makes sense:
He waits in wings, PC goes NFL next year, Sark is HC and Chow returns as Assistant Head Coach/OC - they get along don't they?
PS: Why aren't we going after Eddie O?
