USC’s turnover ratio this season was a disappointment all season as the Trojans tied for 67th nationally, so a point of emphasis today is to avoid committing turnovers.
``We are focusing on holding on to the ball for this game,’’ tailback Chauncey Washington said. ``We talked about that yesterday. We got to get ready to hold on to the ball. We don’t want the defense to get free turnovers.''
