About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

Looks like Manny Wright did alright for himself
Looks like these men had good agents to include that provision in their contracts. The Giants probably thought it was such a long shot, why not give it to them, we will never win the Super Bowl. Ha!
I think this is the winners share, not a contractual bonus
You gotta love lawyers, sticking up for each other and taking credit for things they had nothing to do with. Fight On Lawyer John!
Also who else would put their occupation in their screen name? Talk about ego...
Actually, it is more than a monikor. It is my nickname. I do a lot of work in the Chinese community where they have a difficult time pronouncing my last name. And so when I call them I tell them, "Hi, it is your lawyer, John." And so it became 'lawyer John.'
P.S. I stand corrected, you boys are right, the 78 grand was the winners' share. Shouldn' have had that third beer last night.
Still, should have had a bonus provision in that contract. Bad lawyering.
Shucks, only $78,000? I used to pass out more than that in the UCLA basketball locker room after games, back in my day. You should see the house that Slick Rick got with my help. If you only knew ...
To take it one step further, their total "haul" for the post season was $155K!!!!
$20K - Tampa Bay
$20K - Dallas
$37.5K - Green Bay
$78K - New England
That's more like it. Much better when lawyers are calling every other lawyer incompetent. Lawyers almost rival IT guys at that!
Well, these players deserved their haul. If any athlete earns his money it's professional football players. I was telling people during the super bowl that every player on that field was physically hurting in some way.
are people turning on Lawyer John?
One of my friend's is a DUI Defense Attorney and he is known as "DUI Bob." And his name is not even Bob...
Maybe Josh Booty will retain him!
