He said each team would agree to give up a timeout and decline the penalty. Back then he said he was going to approach Karl Dorrell about it. Obviously it never happened under Dorrell's watch. It has been reported that Carroll and Neuheisel have already agreed to this. My question is this: do you know why Carroll was unable to get Dorrell to agree to this years ago?\

A: They agreed two years ago to discuss the idea and make plans to wear the home uniforms but then relations soured during recruiting and they never brought it up again.

Q: I just read that 2009 OT John Martinez has LSU and USC at the top of his list? As USC learned the hard way last year, you can never have to many lineman? Do you agree???

A: Yes. For balance, you need to sign at least two every year or else you run into problems.
