Role Reversal
Last March, I got to tell Pete Carroll at the championship game of the Pac-10 Tournament, ``while you're sitting here watching a basketball game, UCLA got eight commitments.'' Well, this past Saturday, as UCLA unveiled its power trio of Rick Neuheisel, Norm Chow and DeWayne Walker, USC got commitments from Devon Flourney of Birmingham and Patrick Hall of St. Bonaventure.
It is not the numbers, Scott, but the quality. If ucla got two commitments, you and me, and SC only got one, Matt Barkley, I would say SC came out on top (unless of course you have some moves that none of us are aware of)
It's obvious, Scott Wolf should HC:
BCS championship game every year.
No loss to Stanford
No interviewing with NFL teams
top 5 recruiting class each year
