Spotlight question . . . Round 2
Here's one that I've actually looked into regarding Reggie Bush.
Q: Why is Reggie Bush handling the Lloyd Lake civil case so poorly (i.e. not settling, guns at depositions, failing to appear)? Does he honestly believe that he is in the right (i.e. Lake is a shakedown artist and Bush is the victim)?
A: From what I hear, Bush and his lawyers thought they didn't need to settle with Lake because he was incarcerated. But that move backfired because Lake is now free, and more importantly, it was just stupid not to settle. Why allow this drip, drip, drip of documents and information, when you could settle privately for a pittance (by Bush standards). Bush's judgment has been questionable and some lawyers I know find it astounding he did not settle.

Seems like his judgement was questionable in the BCS Championship game also, when he tried to lateral deep in Texas territory in the first half.
Gnossos:
I did NOT like that improvised lateral pass, either. That brings me to two things:
1. Am I an expert to say RB is a lousy player or a superstar for that matter? The answer is NO.
2. Am I qualified to say that his judgment is questionable because of a bonehead play? Again the answer is NO.
Thanks for making my question the 'Spotlight Question.' I feel like I won a prize or something.
