U.S. Capital offered a rendering for the Coliseum in which a renovated stadium would be a triple-decked horseshoe, but the exterior of the two additional decks would resemble the Roman Colosseum.
Sounds like someone picked up on the Caesar moniker.

This sounds pretty far-fetched. I bet it would be cheaper to tear down the old lady and rebuild than it would be to reshape it as they have proposed.

isnt the colliseum a historic landmark? in which case there a lot of restictions which have to be complied to in order renovate the structure.
