About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

Wow, I have been waiting for this match for a long time.
Seriously, if soccer would widen the nets (and thus increase the scoring), I would have some interest. I mean, 0 to 0, 1 to 0, 1 to 1, 2 to 1 just does not get my juices going.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Beside the United States team, I root for Holland, my ancestry, in the World Cup. Any chance the Clockwork Orange will return to glory?
Holland's always good, but I don't remember them winning a World Cup.
You should be Brazilian or Italian
Holland made it to the Finals in 1974 and 1978 and Dutch hearts were broken both times. (Brazil and Germany) The Dutch introduced the concept of "total football" and their methodical style in the 1970's was dubbed Clockwork Orange. (Their team color)
The year the World Cup was in the USA (1994?), Holland gave eventual champ Brazil all they could handle. Many believe Netherlands was robbed of a tying goal by a phantom off side call.
