A note on 40 times

These were the electronic times that we listed in the first entry. The NFL teams also hand-time the players and then reach a different time than what is announced.
For example, Fred Davis ran a 4.6 on his first 40, but was announced at 4.7. Alex Morrow ran a 4.86, but was announced at 4.93. Sam Baker was timed at 5.3, but announced at 5.45.
