Pete Carroll after having a few days to digest the scrimmage:
``Mark (Sanchez) took every snap against the first-team defense and he didn't even blink. It was really impressive.''

Well, maybe once, when he threw the pick.

kinda like last year vs. Oregon?
the guy is a chowderhead...he goes out and runs around chucking INT's all over the place then comes back to the bench and "pumps everyone up" and "my bad" and acts like a JV cheerleader
that act is gonna get real old by about the 5th game...

Ricky, I'm sure Pete Carroll knows a bit more than you do when it comes to coaching a college football program. If I'm wrong and you've won some conference championships, please by all means, let me know.

Yeah, I think Mark has the potential to have a huge year, and show improved play at the position over Booty. Big question, can the young O-line maintain some decent protection? I'm afraid they will struggle big time for the first few months, which could shut down the whole offense. At least Sanchez can run and create scoring.....we may really need it in Sept.
