Bodog.com seems to think the Patriots might take Sedrick Ellis or Keith Rivers with the seventh pick. It's the first draft choice in their ``odds'' that lists both players.
Here's their odds on the Patriots' pick:

I thought the Patriots forfeited their pick?
They did. The Patriots, who draft last in the first round (32nd pick), forfeited that pick. However, they also had a number one pick from S.F., and thus are selecting 7th in the first round.
