Here's an email I received today: ``At 9:30 a.m., Gate 7 of the stadium will open and the first 2,000 fans
through will receive a free coupon for a hot dog during the game.''
Oh wait, that's for Florida's scrimmage. Not USC. Of course.

Man, Scott, that free hot dog really makes me rethink my choices. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I knew I should have gone to Florida! I threw it all away: the culture, hustle and bustle of Gainesville, Florida, the fabulously comfortable summer weather, and now the chance to line up at 7:00am for a scrimmage and possibly get a soggy hot dog. What better way to watch USC reject tailbacks in action?

green, nice post..but what Scott is trying to say is that USC is money hungry and cheap..just go to a basketball game and pay $6 for bottled water and you will see it..
