Tailback Joe McKnight dropped a class Friday and fell below 12 units, which means he is ineligible for the remainder of spring practice. He will be able to make up the class in summer school.

Shouldn't your name be 78-63, 76-66, or 73-57. Once a great program, isn't UCLA now considered the Buffalo Bills of college basketball?
My maid went to UCLA, and I don't consider her an idiot. Just the typical underprivileged, state school, public hand-out, charity case that most Bruins are.
A Bruin uses a '13-9' monikor. This is a compliment to USC that the cross-towners place so much importance on beating Troy. As far as his 'idiot' comment, this is a subject ol '13-9' certainly knows a lot about.
Heres a wild guess...McKnight goes pro in 2 years regardless of his draft position. Another DJ in the making.

It sure is nice to see you making a post with something *positive* to say about SC. I had begun to think that -- with your frequently pessimistic posts -- "RickyIrvins" was merely Scott's own handle for the "comments" section.
It is pathetic that the guy still hangs onto his 13-9 moniker, huh?
But less pathetic entirely, than being so full of hate that the punk needs to lash out at an 18 year old kid who had to drop a class.
I love it. Nothing galvanizes two opposing forces (the Sanchez VS Mustain crowd) on the USC boards like a douche nozzle from some second-rate school in Westwood spouting off about morons. (of which he is clearly one)
In fact, quite contrary to his own stupid post, USC has proved to be serious about academics by standing firm when one its best players shows academic ineptitude. Hopefully Joe Mac will get his act together and bust his tail over the summer. While SC has an abundance of tailbacks, McKnight is certainly one of a kind.

I love the comments about the 100 national titles. Never mind that the Bruins have won more basketball titles than SUC has won football titles. As for McKnight, another kid who can't cut it at that academic powerhouse called University of South Central. Fight on....
