QB rankings

It's the final pre-scrimmage rankings. Each quarterback rebounded the past couple practices but the question is whether we'll see a noticeable difference in a full-blown scrimmage. What would happen if Aaron Corp dominated and the other two struggled? Some serious spin control. That's what.

I think at this point it's pretty obvious corp should be QB. None of the 3 can throw scott has already posted that...unless you dont' mind 2 or 3 INT's per game.

at least he can run for TD's...

it would be sweet if Corp becomes starting QB. It's very unexpected. He would add a whole new dimension to the offense w/ his ability to run. I was happy when he decided to go to USC. I think he has more potential than Wimpy Clausen

I have been rooting for Corp, just because I would love a mobile qb and he is already comfortable with the shot gun.

Go Aaron.

Judging by all the reports from today's scrimmage, Sanchez was the only one who played well with consistency. That's one thing Corp hasn't done this spring. The kid has a very bright future at USC, but so far he hasn't performed well enough to surpass Sanchez or Mustain for that matter.

Furthermore, if you need a mobile quarterback, then something's wrong with your offense.

I just got back from the scrimmage.

Sanchez was, at best, mediocre. He has tremendous difficulty in the pocket and does not read defenses well. He does not possess any poise. I was not impressed.

Mustain was very good today. He had the crowd cheering loud. He's the real deal. Very accurate passer, puts the ball right into the receiver's hand. He is very good in making adjustments when a play breaks down.

Corp was nothing to brag about.

About Inside USC

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
