Recruit update

Wide receiver Randall Carroll is frequently described here as a soft commitment because he is also talking to UCLA. The latest I hear is that Carroll does favor USC right now despite giving equal time to UCLA. But I also hear he might start looking at schools outside Southern California too. But for now, we'll give USC a half-Euro lead in our rankings.
