Recruiting update
USC commit Randall Carroll did not attend UCLA's junior day last weekend, but that is not surprising because he already visited a few weeks ago. We still rate him as a soft commitment and some feel he might even be looking at other schools besides the Trojans and Bruins.

"soft commit"?!? Scott's hype at work here. Aren't all 2009 commits who are not family legacies somewhat "soft"?
