Come on Malik, you can do it.
Studying is hard work, just like practicing on the basketball court is hard work. Take the school work one hour at a time. Then take a break. Treat it like a work-out. It is not so much about brain power as it is discipline.
If only we could convince our youth of this. Do you know what the high school drop-out rate is in Los Angeles? What are these kids going to do with their lives? Frightening.
