USC picks keep coming...Rachal at No. 39

USC now has five selections in the first 39 picks. Chilo Rachal, a guard, was a surprise this early in the second round. He was selected by the San Francisco 49ers at No. 39. Rachal left school after his junior year to address family issues. Pete Carroll originally didn't think Rachal would leave early, but he did.
