More Recruiting

USC received its 11th commitment from defensive tackle Hebron Fangupo of Mt. San Antonio College. Now there's a name I can't wait to write on a daily basis.
How good is Fangupo? I don't know but I know he was offered by Tennessee, Oregon, Arizona State, Oregon State, Missouri and Arizona.
The Trojans might not be done at Mt. SAC. They are also looking at cornerback Dominick Gaisie, who is originally from Bishop Amat.

The guy is huge at 330 lbs, and an older kid who completed his mormon mission. We obviously have big gaps to fill at DT, and he sounds like he will be an academic sophomore with 2 years of football eligibility....3 for 2. So, I think it is likely he redshirts in 2009, and hopefully develops into a force in 2010. We may have a very nice and growing contingent of LDS players in the coming years. Nice work by PC to allow mormon missions, I think, and find a new channel to load up on talent.
