Time to answer a question about a recruiting issue.
Q: With the current legal sitautions addressing Maurice Simmons, do you think that he will end up a Trojan one day?
A: Right now, it's really too hard to say. His jury trial is scheduled for July 24. If he were not guilty, he probably could enroll for the fall semester. But I'm not sure yet if student conduct would be involved. Technically, he is not a USC student. But no one has ruled out that student conduct could see fit to be involved. No one really knows what will happen, however, untilt he legal matters are resolved. He could wait a year to enroll, but then the question would be whether USC would take a player if he were found guilty of a crime.

Isn't the other logical question, do you really WANT this kid to still be a Trojan?
Pete tried once before to take a convict, but the administration blocked it IIRC.
Since the case hasn't gone to trial yet, he's not guilty of anything at this point, legal eagle.
ReelBruin2,
Even a broken clock is right twice a day. You sort of hit this one on the head you loser bRuin you, and I would agree wholeheartedly with your comment, except Simmons isn’t a convict, yet; and no one can recruit convicts since they are all in prison. You are still a complete idiot, but at least in this one instance there is a tiny grain of logic to your excretions.
BTW, are you Menelaus, or do you just plagiarize his stuff? No wonder Hollywood is going down the tubes.
