Of course, as a Trojan fan, I'd like all the 5 star recruits signed, sealed, and delivered as early as possible and for them to swear allegiance to SC and curse all that is UCLA.
But honestly, if I was in Randall's shoes, I'd check everything out, talk to as many people as possible, gauge my competition for playing time, familiarize myself with different coaching staffs, etc etc. Picking a program is probably one of, if not the most important decisions these young players will ever make...why rush it?
Honestly, besides his visits to other programs, there has been no indication in anything Carroll has said that he is considering reneging on his commitment. I'm sure Scott takes pride in the proliferation of this rumor.
