More Oregon

That is DAMN good! Take out that one girl in the middle and every other girl is beautiful and thin.

The USC Song Girls cannot compete with the Oregon cheerleaders and this is just more proof. The Song Girls are simply embarrassing compared to the Oregon cheerleaders.

I am all about the Oregon cheerleaders these days. 11 out of 12 girls in that picture are great. Compare that to the current Song Girls who have a 3 to 11 attractive to ugly ratio.

This blog is now everything that a blog should be. I couldn't care less if I never read another word about football again. So long as we get our daily dose of flashback Song Girls and present-day Oregon cheerleaders, all is good and healthy with the world.

Now if Scott ever posts a picture of any Song Girl from this past decade, I'll be gone from this blog in a New York minute, never to return.

Scott, I hope you feel proud of yourself for ridiculing our song girls and posting pictures of the Oregon cheerleaders on a USC football blog.

Say what you will about our song girls, but they are human beings; and they really don't deserve the bile you're fostering their direction.

Wolf_Fact_Checker, why is it Scott's fault that practically everyone thinks the Song Girls are unattractive. This blog is a reflection of his readers. Clearly there is outrage and fury with what has transpired from decades of cronyism with the Song Girls.

Did you know that there have been many girls this decade who come from the Palos Verdes area, the hometown of the coach and her daughters? And that there are girls who come from the same cities (and who probably went to high school together) who end up being in the squad? And we currently have sisters on the squad.

I mean with hundreds of girls who audition, it seems as though the girls who make it have an insider connection. And that is simply not okay because it ends up being about connections and not about being deserving. I mean look at the squad we've had - total and complete crap for this past decade. Yes it's harsh, but how unfair for all those other girls who are attractive, thin, and actually DESERVED to be on the team but didn't make it because they had no connections.

Listen, I have no problem if it so happens that all 14 of the prettiest girls come from the same high school because then they deserve to be on the squad. But look at the squad - HIDEOUS! And this needs to be change.

Honestly I think you guys are overrating these girls. Sure they are thin, but I really see only 2 or 3 that are really "bombshells" or maybe even thats even too much, maybe 2 or 3 that are hot.

They wear better uniforms in terms of showing off bodies, but if you look close the bottom two corners are definitely hot, and looking at the others, a bunch of 5s.

with all the stripper looking hos we have walking around campus, we can't get any of them to be cheerleaders?

The only way this relates to sports at all is that eight of these girls look like they went off the high dive into an empty pool.

I continue to not be impressed. Frankly, I can't imagine why all of you guys (who have presumably at least been to LA since you're on this blog) continue geeking these girls.

They are nothing special.

Football???

Well, since there's really not a lot going on with football, talking about such topics as the Song Girls is apropos.

Notice how the Song Girl program has followed the same steps as the football program did before the arrival of PC. All of the top Southern Cal recruits were heading out to other programs. Same thing is happening here, all of the great Southern Cal "TALENT" is heading out (to OREGON?). Help us Tommy Trojan, keep the Southern Cal "TALENT" home! Fight On!

I would cut off the left tip of my pinkie finger for even a modest return to this level of glory with the SGs. KP, what I simply cannot comprehend is that I would think the football success would lead to a higher turnout and better quality SG team. There is obviously no correlation between football success and SG on-field performance, yet I can't understand why not. PC for SGSC!
