SW, Enjoyed reading the reports from Houston and another outstanding pitching performance by Rice reliever, Cole St. Clair. I look forward to seeing Cole in a Dodger uniform soon...oh, this amazing talent, who's parents went to SC, who wanted to go to SC, was completely ignored by Gillespie and his pitching coach at the time...and there are more. So let Gillespie have his fun, anyone beating LSU is wonderful...but he didn't do SC any favors late in his tenure.

boo hoo hoo...he didn't get to go to USC...waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....maybe you heard that baseball has only 11.7 scholarships?...this isn't football where you can give everyone a scholarship and I'm guessing you can probably have 100 kids on a team whose parents went to USC, but you can't take them all.

Mike Gillespie was a Trojan, period. Unlike Pete Carroll...unlike Tim Floyd....Gillespie actually WENT to USC.

Always nice to see members of the so-called "Trojan Family" dumping on one of its own all the time...but then again, I guess you only mention Trojan Family when the team wins all the time, right?

Congrats to UCI on the big win against LSU as the Big West needs to represent in Omaha.

Stanford has killed my teams this year. First they pull off the miracle upset against USC in football, now the baseball team has eliminated my beloved CSUF Titans from contention.
