Washington On Campus

| | Comments (1) |

USC basketball recruit Leonard Washington is participating in freshman orientation this week and enrolled in summer school classes that begin next week, the first actual sign he will play for the Trojans next season.
Washington, a 6-6 forward from Lake Charles, La., has wavered with public statements about where he would attend college although he was accepted by USC in the spring after failing to academically qualify last year.
Washington is projected as a starter because of his rebounding ability and physical presence. He spent the past year trying to get eligible.

Nice! This guy is supposed to be quite a glass cleaner. Stay clean, stay out of trouble, don't talk to Rodney, and hit the boards, Leo. With you and Demar and seasoned returners, I think we'll be a better team next season. Elite 8, you heard it here first. DeRo avgs 30 a game in the NCAAs.
