No. 1? Where?

A lot of pre-season rankings make Georgia the No. 1 team but the SEC media didn't even pick the Bulldogs to win their own conference. And it wasn't even close.
Florida received 36 ballots, Georgia on 18, Auburn 13 and LSU, Tennessee and Ole Miss one each. In the Eastern Division, Florida had 45 first-place votes, Georgia (23) and
Tennessee (2).

Team Tebow! Their Def should be much better, and the Off will be great. But, UGA already has all that coming back. I hate the overhyped SEC, but honestly, they really are the real deal this year. Tenn should be very good too.

Well you may not have gotten the memo, but the SEC is stupid.

Florida has lost their Defense.
LSU lost their QB.

Georgia is loaded.

About Inside USC

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
