Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

That's a great thing. We can recruit all these freshmen right into our cause. After witnessing the travesty first hand, I'm sure they'll demand for change too.
You guys are clowns. My daught4er - a freshman - said it was an awesome experience. She also said that middle age men on message boards ought to get a life and stop talking trash about 20 year old coeds who are probably better looking than any girl they ever dated. .
Grover, thank you for your valuable contribution. Has your daughter shared with you her thoughts on the SGs? Does she think they are attractive? Cool? Full of infectious spirit? Leading women of the university for all to look up to and admire? Has your daughter considered trying out for the SGs? Does she have prior spirit experience? Does she know, or otherwise have an in with Coach Nelson, Coordinator Gilman, or any of the suits in Student Affairs? The selection process is apparently not based on merit, so it would be wise to ask your daughter to read this board for valuable advice on how to make the SG squad. Befriend Coach Nelson, or any current SGs. Get to know a suit in Student Affairs. Write to Coach Nelson's daughters for advice. Under no circumstances worry about dancing ability, looks, or fitness level. Again, it's not about merit; rather, it is who you know and what checkbox on the PC affirmative action grid that you fill. LOOKS do not matter, don't even worry about it. Being attractive might actually hurt your candidacy. Hope this helps!
