Crowd Control
In another tradition, USC sent the home fans to the exits in the third quarter, a scene repeated at Auburn, Arkansas and Nebraska in recent years.
``All these season-opening road games, by the third or fourth quarter, you hear our fans and the fight song,'' defensive end Clay Matthews said.

That is not true, Mr. Wolf. I cannot speak for the Arkansas game, but I was present at the Auburn and Nebraska games and the fans did not leave in the fourth quarter. But the Big Red fans were quiet, and the Tigers' fans were booing their own team at the end (23-0, and it was a horrible game for Auburn).
All of the anti-Wolf comments this morning were unprecedented. As I have said before, sarcasm is a nice humorous tool, but only if used sparingly and only if truly funny, and not written in a belittling or superior fashion as most people improperly use it.
Mr. Wolf, read T.J.'s commentary in the L.A. Times this morning to see how sarcasm can be used effectively.
Well, if I wanted to know what happened in the game, Scott's column takes it hands down. LJ... I think you've got to separate the columns from the blog. The blog is like a backstage pass, lots of inside tidbits.
You are right, BoscoH, just read Scott Wolf's column and it was good work. And we know he does not respect the bloggers, so maybe this is his impish way of poking fun at all of us.
The game USC sent them home early was Oklahoma.
LawyerJohn is obssesed with Wolf. If he does not like his blog he should stop reading it.
I don't agree with everything written. but the job is well done and is a good source of news and comments.
You would think a lawyer would have a greater appreciation for free speech. After all, we can't avoid his comments, try as I do.
Thanks PaulMor, we all appreciate your viewpoint, skewed or not.
Fight on SC!
I may be mistaken by this, but here is my understanding of how the blog lexicon works:
A Blogger is the person(s)that owns and has full access to a weblog or blog website. This person typically posts original material or simply provides narrative with hyperlinks to other blogs or websites.
A blog has Readers, folks who visit the blog and consume the content it contains. A Reader can become a Poster, or someone that posts comments in response to the Blogger or other Poster.
So, a Reader of a Blog can be a Poster, but is not a Blogger unless that person also operates their own Blog. Posting on or Reading Scott's Blog does not make you a Blogger.
if petros and scott wolf had a baby would it be a super sc hating baby
