Corp basically had a TD pass but the reciever dropped it then the offense recovered. Moosetain put up decent numbers too. I wonder who will be 2nd on the depth chart.

I don't think coaches are afraid to hurt Moosetains feelings fearing that he would transferif they rank him #3. I mean they have Sanchez for 2 years, Corp is still a freshman, and they have Barkley coming in. Plus, I can always quit my day job and come in as a walk in. I have a full season of experience running pro style offense in Madden Football 08. Who knows I might do better than 2nd string, and I have 4 years of eligibility

So Scott, did you see a clear leader between Mustain and Aaron?

In your "objective" best, what do you think?

If a spot is open, sep2, you'll have some comp. I was starting QB for 3 seasons for my Y Indian Guides flag football team. Hey, I am getting concerned about not seeing big plays from Damien Williams. I was hoping he might turn into our star receiver this season. Are they playing him and PT less? Is he getting lots of plays, but few passes? Has he had some drops, poor routes, or poor separation? Neither DW or PT has had impressive stats in these scrimmmages, but I'm not there, so maybe the coaches are holding back on the top 2? What gives?

About Inside USC

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
