Tailback C.J. Gable's strained hip was a non-issue as he broke a long run near the end of Monday's practice.
``It was a really good day for him,'' Pete Carroll said.
Linebacker Luthur Brown practiced for the first time this season after being sidelined with a sore back. Cornerback Shareece Wright (abdominal injury) ran without pain but is not sure yet if he is ready to play.
