Missing from the Doak Walker watch list

There are no USC running backs on the Doak Walker watch list, given annually to the nation's top running back. The only two Pac-10 running backs on the list are UCLA's Kahlil Bell and Keegan Herring of Arizona State.

Well, Troy has 3 or 4 guys that could become the featured back. So we shall wait until the end of the year to see how all this plays out, which is the only time that matters i.e pre-season awards are made of beach sand.

I remember all the heartwarming special interest stories on how Doak Walker and Ricky "Toke" Williams
had become friends the year the Texas back won the Heisman and Walker awards. Maybe Doak used herb medicinally for his glaucoma or something..
