None of the former USC Song Girls who tried out for the 2008-09 Laker Girls made it past the first round of auditions.

I can also confirm that the two ex-Song Girls in those pictures, Jacquelyn Umof and Anasheh Abramiyan, were both cut after the very first round of Laker Girl auditions.

I guess it's not so easy to make a professionally-run squad where there are actual pretty girls competing against you and the coach is not interested in picking ugly girls so that her own daughter would stand out in comparison.
