Michael Reardon is going to get a cortisone/plasma injection into the torn labrum in his hip and after a recovery period, attempt to play this season. If he cannot get through the pain, he will probably undergo hip surgery.

Hmmm, they wouldn't try it if it didn't have a shot of working. You don't run or need substantial movement at center. Thanks for sucking it up and taking one for the team, Reardon. You never know when your availability could make the difference between a win and a loss. Offseason is a great time to lounge around post-surgery. Fight on, bro!
