Some questions need to be answered before the USC-Ohio State game.
Q: How about an injury update on Cushing and Rey Maualuga as most Trojan fans are counting on them wreaking havoc on the Buckeye offense.
A: Mauauluga got a new cast on his finger. He should be OK but it did prevent him from making a tackle against Virginia. Cushing said his hip feels fine. I don't think we'll know for sure until game time because of the possibility of aggravating the injury. Clay Matthews would play at strongside linebacker if Cushing came out.
**BREAKING NEWS**
Both Perry and McNeal have been cleared by the NCAA Eligibility Center, and are registered and enrolled at USC. They should be ready to practice on Tuesday (USC's next practice).
