I hate to sound like a broken but I say it once more. Mr. Mustain please leave USC and go to the other USC if you have any aspirations to go to the NFL. You'll be happy in your Southern environment mentored by a southern gentleman named old coach Mr. Steve Spurrier.

There is a decent chance that Sanchez turns pro this season, and Mitch will have another shot at beating out Air Corp next year. Or, hate to say it, but Sanchez's dislocated knee injury is recurring in nature, and if you have seen Corp on the sideline, I just don't see how he can make it through an entire season. I know he is loaded with talented, but he is so damn skinny and lanky. Keep your chin up, Mitch, you'll get some quality PT at some point if you earn it.

I have never been a gang member and I have an honorable discharge from the US Armed Forces after serving this country for over 23 years. Therefore I earned the right to root for any sports team I care to. It is sad that an ignorant redneck hides behind a keyboard to make baseless accusations.

Even if Mark wins the Heisman he will NOT turn PRO. Trust me on that. Rivers, Rey and Brian Cushing could have been NFL Draft 1st rounders and they chose to return for their senior year. So did Leinart. Mark has a 3.5 GPA and as far as I know his family is NOT in any financial crisis. Don't forget that Mark has a brother who went to Harvard to get his law degree whom you can assume will be advising him against that. Mark's father Nick is also a strong education supporter. You can dispute what I said but do it with supporting facts NOT with premonitions.

DFW: I think you are absolutely right on this. No way Mark leaves after only year as the starter. He knows he can be a potential history-maker if he stays another year.

1. sanchez is majoring in comm (one of the easiest majors around) and his gpa is not even close to a 3.5.
2. sanchez is not from a rich family. his father is a fireman and they could not even afford the bail when he was arrested for raping a student so they had to go to a bail bondsman to get him out of jail.
3. neither of sanchez's brothers ever went to harvard law school.
4. sanchez's father dropped out from east la community college and has no legitimate education to speak of. Another one of sanchez's brothers is also a college dropout.

Firstly, that you served in the Armed Forces and was honorably discharged has nothing to do with football, and furthermore does not preclude you from criticism. Your grammar, spelling, coherency, and general comprehension skills seem terribly lacking. I have watched you behave like a wild dog on this site. You lash out inconsistently and without warning; you take offense to the slightest insult; and you attack/comment with a logic that would perplex God Himself. You are an animal. The captain just got owned by no ignorance. That link the captain gave merely proved no ignorance was correct and the captain made up everything he said.

The captain is simply a fool who thinks people take him seriously when, in reality, he exists as a source of humiliation. Mark is scheduled to graduate next spring. He will be regarded as one of the best QB's in the 2009 draft. The guy would have to be a complete idiot to return.

I see Mark returning next year. I don't have any facts, true ones or false, to back that up. Just seeing him in interviews, how excited he his to play SC football. I know first hand that most Mexican families have a lot of pride education as they see it as a step towards becoming a full fledged part of the American landscape.

Also, if we don't win the NC this year, he knows we got have another great shot next year. If we do, he know he can go down in history if he wins it back to back, not to mention Heisman possibilites.

My gut tells me that money will not lure him away, that he stays fo another year.
