Moody Monday
Here's Florida tailback Emmanuel Moody on not fumbling the ball, something that was an issue when he was at USC.
"We play in the SEC, where a turnover can cost you the whole game,'' he said. ``We're playing to win and protecting the ball is a big part of our game plan.''
Moody also spoke Monday about why he chose Florida.
"I had a good feeling in my heart. Florida was on a high, coming off a championship, so I wanted to check them out. The people of Gator Nation had a lot to do with it.''
Moody gained 55 yards against Tennessee.
"The offensive line was just pancaking people,'' he said. ``They made the lanes available for me to run through. From there I just tried to run hard. It felt great."

The Donkey wished Moody well and could care less what's going on with him -- unless the Trojans face the gators in a bowl.
The Donkey also wished Schweiger, Perez, Van Blarcom, and Ashley, good travels and could give a mule's ass what their current stats are -- unless the Trojans face them in a game.
I second the Donkey's statements.
Good luck to them, but save their news for the blogs of their respective teams.
I have no doubt the Florida line was "just pancaking people." I also have no doubt that if McKnight, Gable or Johnson were running behind that same offensive line, they would have finished with WAY MORE THAN 55 YARDS against lowly Tennessee, which even lost to lowlier UCLA.
I echo Don Key and Sam Gilbert. Nobody around here gives a rat's rectum about Moody anymore. Go enjoy being with the "people of Gator Nation" and should we meet in the BCS title game, young Moody will discover a different meaning to the word "pancaking" the first time he comes face-to-face with Rey and Cushing.
Moody sure drank the SEC cool aid. Not surprisingly I guess, but come on. Where can a turnover never cost you a game? Stupid remark.
