Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

He's listed as having low interest in USC on the scout.com website. It also says he hasn't been given an offer by the Trojans.
Do you know something the Scout and Rivals sites have not shown?
OC Reg says coach McNair is visiting him this weekend, so there must be some interest from him. And let's be honest, what high school player wouldn't have at least a little interest in the Trojans??? This isn't Westwood High we're talking about!
He was originally a FL.ST lock but that's not the case anymore. Fl St was pressuring him to commit but Oku told him he would but he'd still take his 5 official visits and that didn't sit well with FL. St. Oku supposedly told them he won't be rushed or forced into giving a verbal, especially if they are telling him that if he does, he won't be able to take his officials. In other words, Fl ST. was trying to pressure him and he didn't really like their antics.

What's the Spiller story?
I believe the Spiller reference is to a post long ago by Scott that CJ Spiller was coming to USC. He ended up at Clemson.
