Scott, I sincerely apologize for stating that you flipped your rankings, and for questioning your integrity on that matter. My sincerest apologies.

I still think you're wrong, but at least its not a drop after a win.

I wonder who is right? Scott "#4" Wolf or Keith Jackson? When asked during the USC-Virgina game about the Trojans' ranking, the retired ABC legend said "higher than #3..."

I'll take Keith Jackson's opinion six days of the week and twice on Sunday. Oh, nellie!

USC is ranked higher cause now the nation saw how good Sanchez is. Even Mel Kiper is impressed.

It will be interesting to see how much USC drops because it's on a bye week.

Based on Wolf's "knowledge" of football, from reading his blog, how can he even qualify to rate teams????

How do you know that people thought you dropped USC in the rankings, if you never read the comments?

About Inside USC

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
