StubHub.com claims the USC-Ohio State game is the best-selling regular-season college football game in its history. It ranks No. 3 when you throw in bowl games and national-title games.
That said, the ticket web site said more than 3,000 tickets remain available on its website.

StubHub is full of it. Know why they still have $3000 tickets available? Because their asking price is ridiculous. Tickets to this game are going for higher than most NC games.

Agee...would watch TV before pay Stubhub prices. Other sites under cut them.

Well, it's the holders of tickets that are demanding (praying for?) these high prices. Some are outrageous, like $300 for end zone seats. But if you know where the good seats are (Tunnels 21-23 and 5-7) and scroll through the tickets available until you see those magic numbers, then once in a while you can get a pretty good bargain. I think I got one. A seat on the 40 yard line, 50 rows up, and I did not have to take out a second on my house.

Actually, seats in the SW corner are also quite good, meaning above or east of the tunnel, where you are looking northeasterly, away from the sun, even though at 5pm, that should be somewhat of a moot point.
However, make sure you are up around row 40-45 or thereabouts.

The tickets aren't $3,000, there are that many tickets available. And it's regualar people that set their own prices. They just know that when it's a hot game they can ask more for their tickets.

Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
