Lost amid the blowout of Ohio State was the wipeout of Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis. Insert your own punchlnes.
Which reminds me, the Fat Booster was seen on the sidelines yesterday although I did not notice if he was allowed in the team area.

I saw the "Fat Booster" He was bald, wore a Futbol jersey, and talked like a girl. I swear he was standing right next to Matt Leinart.

I am not a fan of Charlie Weis and love tasteless jokes, but making fun of someone who was seriously injured just isn't right.

Encouraging such jokes should even be below Scott Wolf.

I think I saw the same balding, pus body futbol jersey wearing, who was talking like a girl, and impersonating a sports writer standing by himself.

Charlie Weis was not seriously injured. He has to be have knee surgery and will be fine. If he was an athlete it would be a serious injury.

It is sort of funny that Joe Pa had more quickness at 80 than Fat Charlie when he had his knee taken out a couple years ago.

Sam Gilbert is right. The incident was horrible. Weis did his best to joke about it later, but he must have been in a terrific amount of pain. If he had been a player with two torn ligaments it could have been career-ending. Weis deserves the same consideration don't ya think?

Keep us updated on the where abouts of the fat booster.

Do they serve food on the sideline and that is why he is allowed there?

Just another reason people should avoid such weight

When I was a wee lad, my Dad taught me a very important lesson in sportsmanship. I asked him why people clapped when an injured player left the field. He told me it was a show of sportsmanship that the fans cared for the injured player. So I asked if it was ever OK to clap (and be happy) when a player on the other team was injured. And he said, "only if it's Notre Dame".
