Trainers determined tight end Blake Ayles actually has a hip flexor, not a sports hernia, as was feared yesterday. Ayles did not practice but is expected to be available for the Washington State game.

Hmm...a sports hernia is usually in the abdoman or groin. A hip flexor is in the hip, right? Maybe I'm missing something, but they seem too far apart to mistake one for the other. I'm not a doctor, though.
I hope he recovers quickly. He looks very promising as TE receiver.
