Breaking Down The Numbers
With 11 victories last season, Pete Carroll made $368,989.63 per victory in 2007. But if you consider that's USC president Steven Sample's total compensation is $908,704, Carroll's total package of $4,058,886 might be good value for money.

The Donkey would like to know the revenues generated by Pete Carroll for the University. The Donkey feels that those revenues compared to Pete's salary is better journalism than Scott's attempt to incite scandal.
Why would Wolf compare what Sample does to what Carroll does except to stir up trouble. I am becoming less and less a fan of Wolf; he is just becoming a constant irritant who loves to live up to his blog autobiography of one who "takes pleasure in antagonizing the internet geeks."
I wonder what Wolf's mother thinks of him. Oh, why bother. At least the guy occasional turns up something interesting about SC sports.
What part of a multi-hundred-thousand, or multi-million dollar salary contains values in the 1's digit?
- PC victories = 368,989.63 per win
- USC kicking the crap out of "FUCLA & the Sisters of overrated from South Bend" = price less
- Wolfeee trying to drum up a story = worth less.
Fight On!
