This is not a sarcastic post or slam. Just trying to figure out something.

Seeing how well Oregon st. played today, I don't see them losing 2 Pac 10 games. Even if they lose 1, they will still have the tie break over USC. I would say it is fairly safe to say OSU will be Pac 10 champs or co- and will go to the Rose Bowl.

Now, it is pretty doubtful that USC will go to the NC game considering they lost to an unranked team. Sure, it looks like LSU is going down, and Oklahoma just lost, Missouri might lose to Okla st, but they all lost to ranked teams. Unless something crazy happens, and all these teams lose to unranked teams (alabama included) USC won't be there.

So where do you see them ending up? Holiday bowl? Sugar bowl?

I wanted to clap...All I could do was turn my head after every TO or penalty. I was more apt to yawn than anything else during most of the 3rd. That 1st series we had in the 1st Q the tempo was excellent, the play-calling was diverse and kept ASU guessing. We need to see more of that...

San Diego Trojan...Oregon State has already lost to Stanford, so it should not be difficult to expect them to lose another. Assuming USC does not make the BCS Title game, I actually would love to see OSU in the Rose Bowl with USC getting another BCS Bowl (Sugar) and a shot at a SEC team rather than stuck in Pasadena with the Big 10.

If USC wins out and so does Oregon State, I still think USC has a pretty good chance at the BCS Championship game. The biggest challengers will likely be Penn State and Texas. Those two teams could go undefeated and if that happens, a one loss SC team would end up in another BCS Bowl, other than the Rose Bowl. I doubt any SEC team wins out. However, if an SEC like Alabama does win out, and so does Texas and Penn State, then the current format will once again cause grief for somebody. MJDavidson

If Oregon State wins out, they will surely be ranked, therefore SC will not have lost to an unranked team, just unranked at the time. NC still a real possibility if we win out. But that's a huge "if" based on what I saw in the second half yesterday.
