With some sick players, it might be dilmemma choosing the 65-man travel squad for the Washington State game. For example, will Everson Griffen be well enough to make the squad or should USC leave him home? That could open an opportunity for freshman Malik Jackson.
The same applies to offensive tackle Butch Lewis. Freshman Tyron Smith is expected to be part of the rotation if Lewis is unable to play.
``We've got some tough choices for Friday,'' USC coach Pete Carroll said.
