The attendance of 25,118 was the smallest for a USC game since the 2001 Vegas Bowl, which drew 30,894.
Updated: Before getting down on Wazzu fans, the 1987 USC-Washington State game at the Coliseum drew just 24,834 in a game that was played in a downpour.

I was at that 1987 game--one of the few in the student section who stayed during the rain. It was an ugly game in every sense.
