Who would you rather bet on being the strongest commitment to USC: Shaquelle Evans or Randall Carroll?

Shaquelle Eveans after his trip to Notre Dame has the Irish on top and has decommited from USC according to ESPN.
Will USC be able to get him back since Evans is a missing piece for the offense? Randall Carroll is a great player who vcan play on offense or defense.
