Between 2002-2005, the Trojans scored at least 30 points in 27 of 32 Pac-10 games, including a streak of 15 straight times.
Between 2006-2008, USC broke the 30-point barrier in just six of 22 Pac-10 games.

you know one thing that's always astounded me is the coaching staff's reluctance to use the running game to set up the passing game. This isn't to knock Sanchez, because he's a remarkable talent, but seriously the games are won by the big boys up front.
The key to getting great O-line play is to get them into a rhythm early on in the game (see Nebraska '07). I know we have all-world talent across the board - but seriously stop thinking you're better than your opponent and go back to the basics and use the RUN to set up the PASS.
Okay, I'm done

The Fiesta Bowl would be great with USC vs Oklahoma. But I only think they should play in another BCS Bowl if Oregon State wins out and plays in the Rose Bowl.

2005 we had Lane Kiffin calling our plays. What does that do to your stat when you separate that from the pre-Sark, post-Sark critique?
The problem with your idea comes if #1 and #2 are Texas and Penn State. Since the Fiesta gets to pick a team to make up for losing Texas, they would take USC OR Oklahoma. Leaving the other, probably Oklahoma to go to the Sugar Bowl and play the SEC champ in what would be the best bowl.
If we go to the Fiesta, I think we play Boise State in the "Nothing to Win" bowl.
