Is it possible for you to get a quote from the coach of the USC Song Girls regarding her views on the Oregon cheerleaders? I am quite curious to hear her opinions on the Oregon cheerleaders, as well as her reaction when she's asked about this non-politically correct squad that draws nothing but praise rather than criticism throughout the country.

Is there any argument left now to say that Sanchez has not spiraled down from an "interception machine" to an all-around "turnover machine," where he is consistently fumbling as much as having his passes intercepted? This is clearly a trend with him and he has shown no signs of improving, would you not agree?

Cantinflas Author Profile Page said:

Naturally a coach wants his team fired up going into a game. Could it be that Mark Sanchez has too much adrenalin going for far too long into a game and this contributes to erratic play early on? It appears that he is much more consistently effective once he settles down.

With the pictures you took with the Oregon and ASU cheerleaders, it was a huge success. Is there anyway you can take pictures with every visiting cheerleaders (including Washington this week)?

Just a reminder that you should not forget to track down Tricia Pillsbury at Homecoming this week and provide her followers an update.

Is Sanchez's knee injury affecting his performance more than he or the team is saying?

Stafon Johnson was the best offensive threat in the first half of last night's game, yet he is not on the field until the 2nd play of the 2nd series in the 2nd half. I am at a loss. Why not go with the best player? And the whole concept of keeping the play calling balanced between run/pass is a crock. RUN THE BALL WITH STAFON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There have been a LOT of embarrassing scandals this past year with the USC Song Girls, to put it lightly. Photoshop issues, tattoos on a squad member, ineligible squad members, off the field behavior, squad selection, etc, etc. So I have to ask, with so many issues regarding the Song Girls, how on earth are the advisors of the squad not fired and continue to be employed by USC? If this were any other department of the university, even within the athletic department, these issues would have resulted in employment terminations. Are the Song Girls considered to simply be too irrelevant that the administration simply does not care enough that they are damaging the university's reputation and public image? Are the advisors accountable to anyone whatsoever?

What do the leadership of the song girls as well as staff the athletic department think about USC Song Girl Wearing A T-Shirt To Cover Up Her Tattoos At Swim With Mikegate having been exposed to the general public and becoming a national story? Do you know if they were they surprised that became public?

Please explain to me your logic behind LSU, Kansas and USF rankings. Who has LSU beaten so far? What about Kansas? Is giving up 50+ in a loss really that respectable?

I'm sorry to ask a song girls question, but I'm perplexed: What does it mean that the selection committee got 'politically correct'? It strikes me as being a complaint about there being more women of color of the squad, but I ask because I'm hoping that it means something else. Are people really complaining that it's not all blond white girls?

Have we not suffered enough under SarKiffian? Has Norm Chow not suffered enough under Slick?
Pete, it's time to swallow your pride, you need Norm to come home. Chow will never win with Slick, and you can't make it to the promised land with SarKiffian. Pick up the phone and dial the number.
Next year, don't let SarKiffian waste Mustain, Corp and young Barkley, like he's wasting Sanchez now.
Maybe it would be better if Oregon State wins next weekend. The thought of another Beef Bowl is nauseating.

Any world on how the final Song Girl auditions went? I'm very worried that we're looking at yet another year of Song Girl mediocrity.

In your opinion, do you think Stafons performance against AZ finally places him atop the depth Chart or will McKnights "special status" continue to pressure the coaches into committee play?

Scott, please substantiate your AP Poll reasoning regarding Ks/So.Fla/Cal and most especially LSU and Oregon.

Scott, what, in your opinion, and listed in order of importance, are the main reasons for the team not performing better thus far this season? Thank you.

Now that you have connections with the Oregon cheerleaders organization, could you find out if the documentary series that was made on the squad will be available anytime soon on DVD? It seems many people would miss out in this great American institution merely because they do not live in the Northwest where the show was broadcast.

I was at the Arizona game where I saw and heard for myself the student body taunting Sanchez with chants of "rapist" and "Dirty Sanchez," among other more graphic expletives, during the pregame workouts and all the way throughout the game. The only other two times this has happened to Sanchez were at the two Oregons last season and this season. Not surprisingly, these three games have resulted in Sanchez getting very rattled and playing scared, always looking totally lost with a deer in headlights look. He clearly cannot handle these kinds of taunts and pressure, which have been obvious in these three games. So what could be done about this, are the coaches aware of this, and why do they keep playing him in these environments where he gets completely rattled by the taunts that he should be used to by now and he clearly is incapable of ignoring or feeding of of?

There are many questionable moments in your poll, but since you only want one question, I'll narrow it down to the strangest move. Last week you had Kansas at #16. This weekend they lost big at home to Texas Tech. and you still have them there at #16 in this week's poll.
What is the reasoning behind keeping Kansas in the same position after a huge loss at home?

When the Oregon cheerleaders saw the USC Song Girls, did they burst into uncontrollable laughter?

Does the fact that Casey and Armstead are seeing a lot of quality playing time mean that Tupou and Spicer just aren't getting the job done, or does it mean that the afore-mentioned two are just really that good? And,
relatedly, has Armstead seen any time at nose guard or does he just always give Moala a break? Thanx for the forum.

Ben Malcolmson said that the Song Girl selection committee this year featured "a former Song Girl coach," so do you know if that signifies the return of Dolly Zachary Rouse to the fold?

TrojanChamp Author Profile Page said:

USC in the second half in Arizona territory with a 1st down rushed three straight times with with three different backs (Johnson, McKnight, Gable) and still did not get a 1st down, remember this happened after Sanchez ran for that first down and was hit hard. They were up seven only, and afterward they punted. This is an example of the playcalling the whole game, why was the playcalling so conservative and safe despite it not being effective? Also, why were Gable given few carries and Green none?

Did the fat booster make the trip to Tucson? With the awful officiating did he behave? Didn't he originally get in trouble for yelling at the officials during the Stanford game?

In the case that Mark Sanchez stays for his senior year, can you see Mitch Mustain or Aaron Corp being the starting quaterback by the end of fall camp of next year, if Mark Sanchez keeps playing like this the rest of the season?

Did the fat booster behave on the sidelines with the horrible officiating in Tucson?

Could you get quotes from the glory days-era Song Girls (1970s-1990s) during the reunion this week regarding their opinions on the Song Girls of the 2000s and how they have tarnished the legacy of the squad with their embarrassing behavior?

Scott, isn't it true that 90% of the negative Song Girl questions and comments that get posted on this blog are actually from girls who didn't make the cut during Song Girl tryouts in the past? And that the other 10% are from guys who've been rejected by Song Girls, both past and present? Or is the ratio the other way around? (I don't know anymore because I feel stupider everytime I have to read the ridiculous comments.)
