So if we do two questions this week, we don't have to do one next week? Right? Just kidding.

Q: I understand that you want balance in the offense, but why not start the game running the ball instead of using it as a last resort or crutch? Would it not open things up more through out the game?

A: ``If you bent things every time (something worked), you would have no philosophy (on offense). That doesn't make any sense. I'm not displeased with what is going on.''

Our biggest problem is that nobody plays defense in the SEC. And the second biggest problem is the 3rd Oregon State touchdown in the first half caught after a solid defensive play to deflect the ball. So we're left second-guessing why the offense doesn't pile up 50 points a game. You sure don't do that without an aggressive passing game.
