Despite your dislike of the current BCS system, do you believe you have a responsibility to USC Football to understand it and aggressively promote the team's standing in it like Mack Brown does at Texas?
If the Trojans win the Pac 10 outright will you politick that a conference champion should play in the BCS CG?

It seems to some of us that the running game would go better if you stuck with one hot runner. I know they all have talent but isn't there a danger that backs press too much when they think they'll only get 3 or 4 carries? And doesn't the O line have trouble adjusting to different running styles?

Do you Pete, understand that until you win another BCS championship, your inability to retain Norm Chow for whatever reason will be viewed as the reason? If you don't agree with that statement, do you think that you have underachieved since 2005 given that the team is more talented and deeper than any other team in the nation by far?

How concerned about the numerous penalties the team continues to accumulate game after game. It must be especially frustrating when the defense stops a 3rd down play when the opposition is driving and have yet another late hit on the qb or a pass interference called. I understand USC has been one of the most penalized teams int he pac10 the past few years, and now for 2 years now, one of the most penalized teams in the nation - My question to you, is that a lack of discpline on the players, and are you concerned about it. It has come back to bite us this year (Oregon State game) and could very well happen again. Is anything going to be done about this?

In your press conference, you made the following statement: "We would like to function really well on both sides of the ball, really counting on defense to play solid again, and hopefully we can get good rhythm on offense."

What are the factors you see as to why the offense lacks rhythm? As a coach, what can you do to ensure that the offense plays with good rhythm?
